At Swedishflowerchickens.com, we're passionate about poultry. Based in West Sussex, we provide beautiful birds to clients across the UK. To find out more about our breeds and their history, speak to one of our chicken breeders today.
Our aim is to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your new chickens. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please advise us within 7 days and we will endeavour to resolve the issue.

The prices quoted on this website do not include delivery. we can only offer a local delivery service only but we can arrange a bird courier to deliver to you at your cost. Non-live purchases will be sent by 2nd class post.

Responsibility passes on collection or delivery of birds.

Chickens and eggs are living things and susceptible to external influences over which we have no control once they leave our premises or are delivered. As such, purchasers accept full responsibility for their live purchases once collections or deliveries are made. However, in the unlikely event of illness we will consider the circumstances and, at our option and on an ex-gratia basis, may replace the purchase.

DEFRA 
Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs require that birds are traceable and we have to take down your name and address and contact details. This is for legal purposes only and we will not use or divulge your information to anyone else. You do have the option to say yes to receive news, information and special offers from us only.
PAYMENT
We accept electronic payment through PayPal and by conventional means although we reserve the right to clear cheques before you collect your goods. Once your payment has cleared we will dispatch your order. 
The cost of returning goods is to be paid by the buyer should this be required.
ADVICE
Any advice provided is done so in good faith in order to help those interested in chickens and the company or any individuals employed by the company cannot be held responsible legally or otherwise. On medical matters, we strongly recommend you consult with a qualified veterinary practitioner.
